Event Description

Periodization models are typically created by PhDs and professors. The Flexible Periodization Method is the FIRST unified periodization system to be created by a strength coach FOR strength coaches and personal trainers to help YOU “fit the system to the athlete instead of fitting the athlete to the system

As a strength coach it was my goal to create the MOST practical book on the market. The Flexible Periodization Method is the periodization system with 59 specific method variations for both fitness clients and athletes, covering strength training, jumping and throwing and energy systems training.

The Flexible Periodization Method is the ONLY method that integrated the best of all other per iodization systems (instead of wasting time with the archaic “which method is best discussion”) AND on top of that has added “nowhere-else-to-be-found” features.

On May5th and May 12-13th you can learn how to apply The Flexible Periodization Method to your fitness clients (may 5th) or to your athletes (may 12-13). You receive a complimentary electronic copy of of The Flexible Periodization Method when you sign up.
