Strength Performance Network

Eastern Michigan University Sports Performance is looking for qualified and motivated sports performance interns for the Summer 2017 semester. The internship will begin Sunday, May 14th and end on Friday, July 28th, 2017. Preferred qualifications: Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in exercise physiology or related field; working towards NSCA-CSCS, CSCCa, USAW certifications; CPR certification. One year of previous experience in a strength and conditioning program or have previous collegiate athletics experience. Compensation: This is a non-paid position. Those accepted into the program will be provided with a one of a kind internship curriculum, practical strength and conditioning experience, and career mentorship. Hours completed can be applied toward undergraduate/graduate internship requirements and/or the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association certification practicum requirement.
