Just would like to hear others thoughts or philosophies on preseason conditionig for football. Where is your emphasis mostly placed on (Sprints, Agility...ect)? How is your conditionig program set up for the week? What is your ideal volume and intensity progressions to make sure the athletes are in their best anaerobic or aerobic condition?
