Just would like to hear others thoughts or philosophies on preseason conditionig for football.  Where is your emphasis mostly placed on (Sprints, Agility...ect)?  How is your conditionig program set up for the week?  What is your ideal volume and intensity progressions to make sure the athletes are in their best anaerobic or aerobic condition?

It depends on what type of offense you run. If you are a spread team and if your practice are high tempo. The practice is your conditioning time but if it's not run a lot short yads and grassers.

repeated bouts of 5-10 second work with 30 to 45 second rest and break it up into sets on 10 with 2-3 minutes rest between sets. AKA 45 yard shuttles
