The Pace University Strength and Conditioning Department is looking to hire one, part-time assistant strength and conditioning coach. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to designing and implementing the strength program for 2-3 teams within the athletic department and other duties with teams as necessary. Additional duties include 10-15 hours a week overseeing student weight room. This is an hourly position with expected compensation to be $12,000 over a ten month period. Anticipated start date is as soon as available. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: CPR/AED certification, Bachelor’s Degree, Nationally recognized strength and conditioning certification (CSCS, SCCC, USAW etc.), and a strong desire to pursue a career as a strength and conditioning coach. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree related to Exercise Science, previous college athletics playing experience, 1-2+ years strength and conditioning experience.
