Just got back from the IronMind meet in Cresswell, Oregon. I had two of my lifters competing, and they both did great. One of whom happens to be my fiance, who not only got 2 personal records, but won her weight class.

hi guys,
I ask you some advice for olympic lifting books: I want to learn olympic lifting training methods and I'm torn between:

- the weightlifting encyclopedia - Arthur Drechsler
- A System of Multi - Year Training in Weightlifting, A.S. Medvedyev
- A Program of Multi - Year Training in Weightlifting, A.S. Medvedyev

what do you advice me?

Seriously- both. Artie's book and video are awesome as well. Schmitz. Feher. Dvorkin. Laputin. Lynn Jones. Many.....read them them all and go see people.

Don McCauley's book Power Trip is very good. It comes with a DVD demonstration of key points.
