Jim, for high schoolers its always better to go slightly lighter and the stronger guys can just move them faster.

I have a 40 ft 2 in and a 40 ft 1 1/2 inch for the high schoolers. Seem to be able to handle those.

Hi, I added this to the general discussion board, but think you guys might be able to help. I'm thinking of adding a long rope to my list of tabata exercises. This would be for high schoolers, boys and girls. Any suggestions and experience on length, circumferences and exercises?
