Strength & Conditioning

I just started my road to becoming a S&C. I was able to volunteer my hours at ECU (East Carolina University), but I want to know what else I can do to become successful.  I want to know what types of questions should I ask the head coach and asst. coaches, and what kind of skills I need to show the coaches.
