Only sports, rehab, and fitness studio in Wisconsin!! We work with everyone from kids to older adults, athletes to general fitness, and club, school, and business teams. We specialize in pre-injury strength and performance, post-injury rehabilitation, endurance/race/event training, and body mechanics training. We are the only studio-facility in Wisconsin offering the true total package of health services.

Our team has been working with local businesses and corporate accounts to revamp wellness programs and increase efficiency in workplace health and fitness. We have also been working on programs to increase the use of sustainable energies.
