Ben Davidson is a sports performance coach who specializes in training youth, amateur, and professional athletes as well as executive athletes. Ben is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned his degree in Sports and Fitness specializing in Physical Human Performance. While at UCF, Ben was a Strength and Conditioning Coach’s Assistant for football, baseball, softball, golf, and soccer. He has worked with a wide variety of athletes including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting, and Concussion Safety Certified.
