- Luckily, while going to school in Philadelphia, i have been working with some semi-pro basketball players going over sea's, and even with some that have tried out for a few NBA teams. Mostly working on Speed & Agility, and weightlifting. Below i posted some workouts and interviews with the clients after the workout. Thanks.
