Job Title
Strength and conditioning coach
Current Job Description
I am applying for the Strength and Conditioning Coach position with opportunity ,As a previous athlete, I have personal experience with strength and conditioning workouts and I would appreciate an opportunity to share my knowledge with others wanting to perform these types of exercises. In addition to my personal experience, I have a bachelor’s degree with courses that focused on kinesiology and sports sciences.

I have acquired the knowledge to put together a workout routine with the proper moves and exercises designed to work on specific parts of the body. I have the knowledge to personalize the training to match the client’s specific needs. It is important for this type of routine to be based on the individual’s physical stamina, age and overall health.

I understand how difficult it can be to push yourself as hard as you need to when training but I am a great motivator and I know how to help clients reach their goals. I am also very observant, so I know when to push the client harder and when to back off to avoid injury or complications.

My mission is to help members of the community achieve a healthy lifestyle in a non-intimidating, clean, friendly and Godly environment. In order to help athletes achieve a healthy lifestyle I have developed several different tools to help them to succeed with strength training and conditioning programs. I pride myself in ensuring the development and maintenance individualized fitness programs.
You may call me at 252-679-6558 or tonitb10@yahoo.com at your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
