-Design and implement training programs for multi-sport athletes including: Football, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Golf, Powerlifting, Cross Country, Track and Field, Wrestling, and Swimming & Diving.
-Design modified programs for injured student-athletes.
-Teach proper lifting and spotting techniques.
-Provide a Performance Manual & Nutrition Manual for athletes and parents to refer to on the Heritage Strength & Conditioning website.
-Update Jag Sports Performance twitter page daily.
