I train high school student-athletes of all sports at Greensboro Day School to improve their strength, endurance, power, flexibility, mobility, and agility for sustainable improvement in their performance. The student athletes learn from me in one on one formats as well as small group and team formats. Training sessions include stretches, breathing, joint mobility, and sport specific preparation with consideration given to the seasonal demands of their sport(s) and to the eating habits of the student athletes. My focus here includes bodyweight strength and conditioning and kettlebell training for strength, power, and endurance, along with basic barbell lifting such as the deadlift and front/back squats.
At Fitness Together I work with clients in 45 minute sessions weekly to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Clients range from senior citizens to teenage athletes, with goals ranging from weight loss, health improvement, and disease prevention to improved performance in a given sport. Clients are consulted on lifestyle habits to improve their physical condition including diet, sleep, and exercise options outside of one on one sessions.
