•Programmed a linear periodization Olympic weightlifting strength training program to establish a high baseline of strength along with dynamic effort jumps, medicine ball throws and push-up variations to increase explosive power and reactive/elastic abilities for the ASU Throwers.

•Implemented and coached the above program during in season and offseason training for ASU’s Track & Field Throwers.
