I own ICON Performance Sports, Fitness and Rehab Training and Consulting in Birmingham, Alabama. We are a one stop shop for sports performance training, nutritional prescription, fitness lifestyle coaching, and corrective exercise prescription and assessment. I am one of the lucky few who has turned his passion into his career. I love what I do and I do what I love. I spend every waking hour working on some aspect of the business or training. The hours are brutal but I love every bit of it.

In the last 26 years, I have worked a scrub nurse in trauma surgery, a tech in phase 4 Physical Therapy, tech in GXT Labs, Head Trainer for Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab as well as strength Coaching / Personal Training the whole time.
