"Look throught the NSCa journals.  That is my biggest gripe with Crossfit.  They use Olympic lifts in an endurance fashion.  This only leads to bad form / injury.  "

Most recently, I spent 6 years as the head strength coach at Sinton ISD, a 3-A football school in South Texas, where I was responsible for organizing the off season for the JH-HS athletics programs.
