jim, this is greg hacker. dont think i forgot about you. i am trying to get the basics down for the speed and agility camp. so that i can send it to you. it has been extremely busy here! i will get it to you soon. gh
Jim. hello how are you. i see you are from just down the streent from me. about an hour and a half. i am in anderson sc. how are you doing? i am trying to contact nearby coaches to see who would be interested in joining together and putting on a speed and explosion cam at their school either in the spring or summer of this upcoming year. it would be a great way to earn some extra money for you and for your program! if you want to discuss this please get back to me on the board and we can talk about the whole idea. thanks gh
I'm still working at GMR which is downtown about a block from the Panthers' stadium.
Schedule-permitting I'd love to come in and help out with class one day in the spring. I actually think that age-range is so much better (maybe youve talked about this before) since you can help shape good habits and patterns in young athletes before they get the wrong things ingrained into the way they workout or move.
hey jim yea i would love to talk to you more about the power index ... my email is email@example.com email me and i can send you a program where all you have to do enter in the weight(bw) and weight lifted. feel free anytime
- I don't know if I'll have the schedule availability in the spring to devote to coaching track, as much as I'd like to find my way into working with young athletes again one day.
- To try and fill that void I'm actually working to become one of the group class instructors at the downtown Y. It's a block from my office and I'm pretty excited. I have a demo class to teach this week then probably have to take the Cert. tests in August or Sept. I think I may take the group through some of your old GPP stuff...
Ok I'm way behind, let me try to catch up...
- things got busy just before heading out to Jacksonville and being out of the office for a few days. Al got married July 5 and the wedding went well. Cato and I were both in the ceremony. Cato left the next day for Spain and apparently ran with the bulls.
Jim, I have a strength & conditioning educational website for athletes and coaches - feel free to use my site for your class. http://orgs.jmu.edu/strength
