Joe/Donnell, Thanks for the reply. Nicely put. I like what you guys do. I don't use the relative intensity much. Seems like it is something for you young smart guys! I still use rep ranges....same concept, just not as formal. I would love to see your programs to see how you progress your guys. Someday, I'll have one of my people crack your code!

When you say, base, load,load, unload, what does base mean and how much do you unload? Sorry for the questions. I get the impression you guys really think things through and do a nice job, so your info is very helpful.
