4 Years as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for York College Men's Lacrosse Program also worked at Loyola University and Goucher College. In baseball I worked with the Washington Nationals before I accepted a position with the Angels
-B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland
-Certified Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength Professionals Association
-Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength Professionals Association
