Current Job Description

Currently in my 3rd year as a Strength and Conditioning intern/volunteer at James Madison University. I currently program and lead the workouts as the intern strength coach for the JMU cheerleading team as well as aid the Head Strength and Conditioning coach and the Assistant S&C coaches with women's soccer, baseball, softball, men's and women's tennis, men's soccer, men's and women's basketball team, and women's volleyball. Aiding the staff includes coaching proper lifting technique, spotting and stretching the athletes, facility management/upkeep, etc.

Education

Currently completing my Senior year as an undergrad at James Madison University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching Education.
