Sounds like Coach Hatch took a group to the Jr Olympics in Va. We used to go to that meet all the time for about 10 years.. The competition there is not as good as the School age Nationals and Jr Nationals these days..

The AAU is very expensive to be a member and compete in their competitions so we don't go anymore.

Coach Hatch is a great coach and a very tough SOB!!!!!!! He is a no nonsense guy and demands hard work.. That is one of the reasons for his success in the sport.

Keep up the good work and spread the word about the benefits of Olympic weightlifitng. It truly changes the lives of athletes who become efficient with the lifts.

All the best, Tim Swords
