I just recently started working with former college basketball player (played D3 still has some eligibility left and wants to earn some try outs, and get scouted) I've pretty much been working on his strength and conditioning cuz thats my only area of 'expertise'  I'm having do a lot of basketball specific conditioning drills, but he's hoping I can expand out and do more basketball (skills) coaching along with our training routines.  I play pick up basketball quite a bit, and have a good…See More

Ankle injury that just won't go away

I'm asking for anyone's help who may have more of a Physical Therapy or Athletic Training background than I do, I sprained my ankle somewhere between 8 - 10 weeks ago, and I went through Physical Therapy for it, and it started to get a lot better, and all the sudden during a legs workout (bulg split squats to be specific) it "cramped" (just the best way I can describe the pain) up on me, made me stop my workout lasted for about 25 minutes.
