2017 Northeast Ohio Strength Clinic will be held Saturday March 4th at the Roehm Athletic Facility at Berea-Midpark High School. 5 NATA and NSCA CEU's have been approved, the cost is $70 for professionals and $35 for students. Additional information will be posted on Speakers and topics include

Well in the past I worked with some very good high school girls who actually worked harder than the guys but they came to a fitness center for me to train them. But this is 10 years ago. Now that I'm at the high school training pretty much all guys all I hear from the girls is they dont wanna get big or unfeminine like bodies or something like that. I'm sure you have heard all the excuses also. Dont get me wrong a few local coaches asked me to speak an do a mini clinic for a girls hoop camp this weekend so we'll see how that goes. I'll keep you updated on that situation.

I was there last year working for Bill Gillespie. I'm pretty sure we are going this year because two of us are taking the test.
