Assists Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in development, implementation, demonstration, and coaching in training methodologies, including triphasic training, velocity-based training, and conjugate training over 20 intercollegiate athletic teams including football
• Collaborating with head coaches, creates, instructs, and facilitates strength and conditioning programming with the ultimate performance goals in mind for 4-7 assigned teams per semester (softball, hockey, soccer, and lacrosse teams for both men and women)

• Runs a bi-weekly health and wellness boot camp class for staff members
