Currently, I assist in the day to day activities of and on campus recreational fitness facility at Salisbury University. I also coordinate all group exercise programs on campus. Along with my responsibilities at SU, I am the Health and Wellness Coordinator at MAC Inc. in Salisbury, MD. MAC is a non profit organization that focuses on implementing and developing researched based chronic disease prevention and management programs for individuals 50+ years of age. I oversee and coordinate all aspects of an onsite recreational fitness facility including coordinating internship programs, developing group exercise programs, maintaining/growing membership base, handling all monies that change hands in the facility, as well as program design and implementation for any members that utilize our one on one training services. I also do online coaching/program design for several regionally/nationally/and internationally ranked powerlifters. When time allows, I also do some freelance/ghost writing for several different websites.

Havent posted anything in a while in regards to training, mostly because I have been getting so strong, I was afraid that I was going to break all the buttons off my keyboard. 8 days out from a huge huge meet. The GNC, IPF Pro Deadlift at The Arnold is going to be on the main stage in the expo center at 4 next Saturday. Come check it out if you are around. Speed Squat- Average Band+Light Band

385x8x2<~~~~ Everything felt way too heavy and i didnt want to do this at all. I was lifting with Mike Hill today and he was telling me all the sets looked fast so I said f-it and just got it done.



Speed Pulls- Quaded Minis

405x8x1<~~~ faster than last week,
