The A&M Corpus job is a great way to develop as a head coach.  It is a ton of work without much help (14teams, 2 GAs), but is a great platform to grow from.  They need someone to come in and be energetic and push for better facility and funding all of the time.  I did what I could as the first strength coach to start up the athletes-only weight room (we were in the student fitness center as recently as last march), so it's time to pass the torch and see how far someone else can take it!
