Here is a question more for opening a line of conversation. Nothing like some good debate to get people thinking...
Is all training (strength, power, speed, agility, etc) a form of metabolic manipulation/conditioning?
If so, should that change our approach to training?

University of Tennessee Strength Clinic March 2nd and 3rd, 2012
The University of Tennessee would like to invite you and your colleagues to the 29th annual Strength and Conditioning Clinic held on March 2nd and 3rd, 2012. Our staff is extremely excited about the line-up of guest speakers and sponsors we have put together. This opportunity will be a great experience for all coaches to gain knowledge in the field of Strength and Conditioning.
