July 2007 – April 2013: Mercer University, Macon, GA
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
 I was the inaugural Strength and Conditioning Coach at Mercer University. I designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for all 16 varsity sports teams. Responsible for all administrative and facility maintenance duties. I ran the strength department independently from 2007-2008, then managed one Assistant Strength Coach and two Interns.
 Since the implementation of my strength, speed and conditioning programs, Mercer University has set numerous NCAA and school records from 2007 to 20013. Men’s basketball defeated #18 USC, Georgia Tech, Auburn and Alabama. Men’s Basketball Won the CIT post season basketball tournament in 2012, and won the regular season A-SUN Conference championship in 2013. Softball defeated Auburn, Boston College and Georgia Tech for the first time in the schools history and had the most wins in Mercer history. Women’s Soccer had the best record in Mercer’s history and won the regular season A-Sun Conference 2008 and was A-SUN tournament champions in 2010. Baseball defeated #6 Ole Miss and won the A-SUN Conference tournament in 2010. Volleyball defeated Auburn for the first time in school history and the Volleyball Coach won A-Sun Conference Coach of the Year. There were zero A-SUN conference championships during the four year before the implementation of my strength program; there were six A-SUN conference champions during the time my strength programs were utilized at Mercer University.
August 2005 -July 2007: College of Charleston, Charleston, SC
Assistant Strength Coach
 Designed and implemented speed, strength and conditioning programs for Track and Field, Cross Country, Softball, Men's Soccer, Men's and Women's Golf, Men's and Women's Swimming, Men’s Basketball and Volleyball.
 Consulted and designed nutrition programs for athletes that required assistance with weight management.
 Documented a Softball team average 27-pound increase for squats, and .21-second improvement in the 20-yard dash. Track team average increase in cleans 18.5-pounds, and 20-yard dash improved .25-seconds.
 Designed and implemented the strength programs for Kosha Lance, the SOCON record holder and 18th in the nation for the 20-pound weight throw for 2006; and Angie Hill 2006 SOCON golfer of the year. The 2007 Softball team set a division I NCAA single game home run record. In 2006-2007 Men’s Basketball team recorded 22 wins and went to the final game of the SOCON tournament. Volleyball and Women’s Golf both won SOCON conference championships in 2005-2006.
 Also taught nutrition and weight lifting classes for the P.E. Department.

January 2005 - August 2005: UCLA, Los Angeles, CA
Assistant Strength Coach (Football)/Clinical Exercise Specialist
 Taught, motivated and monitored exercise techniques and programs for the entire football team of approximately 100 athletes.
 Consulted and designed nutrition programs for athletes that required assistance with weight management.
 Provided support in facility and equipment maintenance and special request.
 Also worked part-time as Fitness Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist.
 UCLA football had its best season in over eight years, and placed third in the PAC-10 Conference and sixteenth in the nation.

July 2000 – July 2005: Veterans’ Sports Complex- Carson, CA Fitness Director
 Managed and oversaw a 25,000 square foot Sports Complex (the training facility for the L.A. Clippers). Maintained and serviced a full line of Cybex and Lifefitness fitness equipment. Designed and Implemented policies and procedures to enhance proper operations, event permit scheduling, general operations and maintenance. Produced and generated staff work schedules. Processed and calculated bi-weekly time cards and time sheets. Provided support for budget preparation, sales, and marketing and member services.
 Program design and development for fitness/strength training programs, aerobic programs and sports leagues. Provided leadership and direction for a staff of approximately 40 fitness personnel.
 Awards: Employee of the year 2001. Leadership award 2002. Beyond the call of duty 2003.
