I have coached for 15 years and was formerly an athlete for 12 years. My squad is one of the most successful pro-am track squads in Australia having won 245 races over the last 14 years.
Education
Level 4 Sprints & Relays coach.
As an athlete I ran for 12 years on the professional athletics circuit in Australia, with the highlight being the Stawell Gift/70m double in 1985.Worked as a fitness coach for the Vic Amateur Football Association in 95/96.Moved to Adelaide (SA) in 1997 and commenced coaching in 1998 with one athlete. My squad(Young Guns Track Squad) has been the most successful squad in SA having averaged over 17 wins per year for ever season we've operated. We've won every major race on the SA Athletic League calendar - most of them more than once.Squad has had two national reps, multiple national finalists and a national open 100/200 medallist. Current squad includes the state champions for men's 100m & women's 200m..Current squad records:......M100m - 10.73......M200m - 21.12......M400m - 45.95......M800m - 1:48.92......M4x100m - 41.30......W100m - 11.66.....W200m - 23.62
