Rich,
Hope all is well! I have not been on this site in quite some time due to a wild fall!
Would love to catch up and see how things are going for you.
Shoot me an email!
Jeremy
Thanks for adding me. I sent you an e-mail a couple days ago and just wanted to confirm that you received it. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
Thanks,

We would like to invite you the NSCA State of Florida Strength and Conditioning Clinic this weekend June 19th on the campus of the University of South Florida. We have a great line up of speakers, including Russ Orr Athletes Performance, and the University of South Florida Strength and Conditioning Staff. It is a great CEU (.8 NSCA) opportunity in your backyard. For more details and to register online go to https://www.nsca-lift.org/nscapdf/download/FL%20June%202010.pdf or email Ron McKeefery, Director of Strength and Conditioning at rmckeefery@usf.edu. Look forward to seeing you there.

Sorry to hear about your ACL. I hope it'll heal to the point where you can do as you please with your knee and that you'll be able to lift weights as usual.
Still in Colo. Spgs. and things are going well, keeping busy, etc. I stopped competing between 2003 and 2006, not for any particular reason, just didn't feel like it. But of course continued to train. Then I got into Power Sport (strict curl, bench press, deadlift, all raw) and did quite well, winning two nationals, coming in second at the pro level, and setting a bunch of American Records. Haven't competed since last March and don't see myself doing so again for a while. Again, no particular reason, just don't feel like it. But am still training and having tons of fun with that.
