Thanks Scott!
Hey Scott,
Things are good. I finally got the chance to order our equipment and should be up and running in the actual athletic weight room by Aug 1st.
That would be great to get together with you in the next couple of weeks. I'll shoot you an e-mail at the early part of next week to figure out when we can get together.
Josh
Hey Scott,
This Friday at noon works best for me. Shoot me an email and let me know.

Scott,
I appreciate the post. I actually moved from St. Louis to Boston about 9 years ago so haven't been back in a few years! If i make it out there I would definitely love to come by and check things out.
Hope you have a great summer of training,
MS
Come by any time, Scott. One of our girls, Ellie Huffman, will be playing softball at SLU in the fall. You will love working with her.
Coach,
For the version of 5-3-1, are your still using 90% for training max? I utilize this program with my athletes and have seen much success with it. I seems that your athletes are crushing through their weights. Appreciate feedback.
Thanks Scott for the post/e-mail. The name of the study is, "Effect of neuromuscular warm-up on injuries in female soccer and basketball athletes in urban public high schools." The researchers are: Cynthia Labella, MD; Huxford, MEd, Grissom, MPP; Kwang-Youn Kim, PhD. It was published in the Archive Pediatrics & Adolescents; Vol. 165, Nov. 20011. If you've got anymore questions, feel free to give me a holler
Thanks Scott it was a long day. His name is Zach Cahill.
