For the version of 5-3-1, are your still using 90% for training max? I utilize this program with my athletes and have seen much success with it. I seems that your athletes are crushing through their weights. Appreciate feedback.

Kind of thought it was a 5/3/1 workout when the video said looking for 5-10 on a last set. That's why i Was surprised when I read the comments bashing the video...max rep sets aren't exactly a new idea :p. I'm excited to get lucas here as well! I could use the help and we are going to start developing a manual here this summer, so he will get to be part of that as well.
