I'm influenced by everyone's training style...if I had to narrow it down I use a Westside/Conjugate template with a ton of strongman training. I do follow a simple periodization format that I use for myself the last 4-6 weeks before a major meet, but still rotate my assistant exercises as I see fit.
As a strength coach I am greatly influenced by my own training, but more importantly understand that I am training high school athletes and not powerlifters. I've been fortunate to have done some really good internships with the Cleveland Browns, a few Universities and learned from some really good strength coaches in the game.
