Hi Steven,

Am at Grand Canyon again tomorrow for a full day of womens high school b.b. tourney play.  Went by the facility and it was locked.  Will try to see if I can get my team in tomorrow between games to view the facility!

Hey Steve,

Do you work at Grand Canyon U. now?  Was just there not too long ago with Dobson High School Girls Basketball in a tournament for the weekend.  The facilities rock!  Would love to come take a visit through the  weight room etc. at some time if there is a possibility.

Hey, know you/we are VERY busy now but if there is a chance some time......just let me know.  Will be gone this next week but after that.....whatever you can come up with.

Regards,

Steve: Thanks for your page. I am starting two classes in s&c this year. Tell me more abou the power index you referenced in an earlier discussion. We do not have football at our HS but would like to train my athletes based on a power index philosphy. Increase the strength and power to body weight ratio. Thanks
