" Lead and coach individual athletes one on one, as well as teams of up to 50+ athletes at a time.
" Demonstrate and lead proper active warm up, stretches, and cool downs for athletes.
" Implement sport specific skills, strength, and speed programs for various sports between 8 years old to professional.
" Help increase competitive skills through teaching first step quickness, training speed, explosive power, lateral movement skills, dynamic stability, change of direction, and overall athletic conditioning.
" Demonstrate and ensure proper use of equipment, lifting technique, and agility mechanics.
" Instruct proper sprinting mechanics with the use of a super training treadmill, while ensuring I use proper spotting technique.
" Teach proper skating stride, arm swing, and conditioning using a skating treadmill, as well as working with individuals and hockey teams on stick handling and shooting mechanics.
" Promote program sales and run pre and post-test fitness assessments.
" Monitor each athletes' training specific progressions and make adjustments to their programs accordingly.
