Responsible for the weight/fitness program design for the different sports offered at Providence Day School. Program design includes but is not limited to fitness assessments, periodized training, and performance testing of each athlete. Position responsibilities also include fitness programs for faculty and staff. These programs include fitness assessments followed by progressive fitness model of training.
