Anybody use these exercises? Thoughts?
What are your thoughts on this article? Mark Right from Georgia got hurt doing p90x. With all the great resources that Division 1 schools have, I am sure that they can find 20-30 mins to workout. These schools have strength coaches that could easily help coaches be in shape. Some of the best things you could do as a coach is add variation to your programs. Our program has become better by adding things most programs dont use. Making lifts multi-planar by incorporating not just a sagital plane overhead press we use our hips to help with the press and also use a press out to our side to help with the frontal plane.
