Burning the Holiday Turkey: The average American gains 7-10 pounds durning the Holidays. Can you blame anyone with all of that great food around? No weights are required, just some hard work and dedication to start the New Year off right.   

Total body workout                                                                            3 sets of 15 reps of push-ups    3 sets of 15 reps of body     3 sets of 15 reps of sit-ups        Fartlek Run/JogJog      Walk      Jog     Walk15min   5min   15min  5min  *for body weight workout- rest 30 sec between sets.
