Here is a combination exercise to build mass and strength endurance in the triceps.
Begin with 45-60 seconds of these push ups:
Finish with 45-60 seconds of these push ups:
Rest for 3-4 minutes and repeat 2-3 times.
The intermediate client should use an intermediate tempo, while the advanced client/athlete should aim for the fastest tempo possible.
