progression for leg ball curls,  start with two legs eccentric and concentric,  then move to 2 legs for concentric,  then straighten one leg out and perform the eccentric with one leg,  alternate back and forth,  move on then to single leg for both eccentric/concentric phases,  after that you can do them inside of a rack with bands set up to cross the hips and add resistance,  if you have an athlete that can't perform the curls in the first place,  start them off with standard hip bridges.  progression solved.

good post and exercises, although it would be kind of hard to plan progression on floor leg ball curls.
