Strength Performance Network

I had a guy who plays for a developmental soccer program ask me for good off season lifts. He wants to put on good, functional size for his position. He is a goal keeper so he needs to be able to be physical and strong both on the ground and in the air, without restricting movement. Any one got any good suggestions?
