Hamstrings as knee flexors - Simply, safely and challenging

Dear Strength Coach/Personal Trainer,

If you train teams, or even if you just don’t watch every single rep your client/ athlete is performing, the “fool proof factor” of an exercise is something that you should take into consideration.

Watch this video to learn an extremely productive and “fool proof” way to train the hamstrings as knee flexors.

Notice the use of friction as the resistance.

A good standard for athletes is 20 reps each side.

To Your Success,
Karsten
