EXCELLENT!! I'm new to the field, a late-comer at age 52, and am serving as an INTERN with a Master's degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance and my CSCS. I VOLUNTEER approximately 30 hour a week. I KNOW what I contribute to the program, with not so much as a stipend. But I love what I do and like who I do it for, namely the coaches and athletes. I continue to hope that if I continue to prove myself worth my salt, the job/pay will come. ..
