Hi Robert!

It looks great and I am going to save the link! If I would be to make any other comments than "great" it would be not to place a timelimit on the myofascial release, but rather have the athlete stay on a spot until it feels softer.

Thanks for the article coach!  Very similar to what we do.  We have training room open at 7 on Sat, then we lift at 8.  We start with dynamic wamrup, then we do 2-20sec/10sec tabata style circuits for 16 a total of minutes. Followed by a towel hang circuit and then foam roll and band stretch.  The whole Sat morning recovery/workout takes us about 50 minutes.  During the season, we lift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with a light metcon circuit Friday morning to get the body woke up and blood flowing.
