Strength Performance Network

With all this talk of the 3 "phases" that these offseason strength and conditioning programs are about now in the NFL, I would be very interested to hear from some of the veteran strength coaches to hear what their strategy is now that they have 9 weeks vs. 14 weeks. I realize that most of the players were working out prior with private coaches or at their respective training facility, but with the shortened time devoted to the strength coach how different are their programs. Variables such as volume, intensity, rest, and ploys would all be affected I assume. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.
