The above sentences describe the type of feedback I sometimes receive when I speak to strength coaches and personal trainers about The Flexible Personalization Method.
Ultimately, it is a choice that each one of us has to make – Do I want to learn periodization or not?
The science, as well as the basic physiology, is extremely clear that training programs that follow principles of periodization are more effective than training programs that don’t.
