We have all faced this issue.
Your athlete can't squat deep with proper form. What do you do?
Do you say "Okay, you can't squat deep so we will need to restrict the range of motion"
Or do you think: "Okay, maybe we have been approaching this in the wrong way. What happens if we try to teach the squat from the bottom up, instead of from the top down?"
