Hey, thanks. Sorry I haven't been on here in so long. I was with the Bucs all summer and through pre-season, but now I'm at home in Iowa. Joe Vaughn was good. He was my favorite strength coach down there in Tampa. I thought they did things kind of old school. Not what I expected when I got to the NFL.
I’m a student at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence Ks, right now I’m the Sr. Strength and Conditioning intern at our small university. I was wondering if I could pick your brain about some strength and condition ideas for our softball program.
Yeah some of the early draft sites (for what they are worth) have both him and Adrian Clayborn in the first round, I believe. Teams are going to have a tough time with our D-line this fall.
I'm looking to get into strength & conditioning as well, so I try to learn as much as I can. We just got through the first phase of spring ball with our first four practices and I think they went well enough. It certainly goes fast once you get going. Christian is as big and beastly as ever. One of the freakiest athletes I've been around. Our whole D-line is unbelievable, has to be one of the best in the nation.
How many days do train for the combine and how reps do you each exersice? On the shuttle I see you teach the crossover. What does the speed skater work and do?

You were in a kneeling position timing a guy for 20 yards, I thought it would be great to use. I googled Strength and Conditioning pictures and that caught me eye.........
Coach, hello how are doing? my name is greg hacker from sc. i am very interested in getting into your type of business. i have alot of very valuable knowledge and experience to give to someone. here there really is no demand for what we do. right now i am a high school teacher, coach, and speed explosion coach. please advise me! thank you
Sorry for asking..I just wanted to know how you knew him before i gave out any info. He is doing really well. I will soon have pics of him on our MSU web page. I would say he is a bit bigger and stronger than the last time you saw him. He trains really hard and we know how to push him even further and further every day! If he learned that work ethic from you then good job....Keep in touch!

Yeah, I'll be working out in Iowa City with Coach Doyle most of the time.
