Jeremy, placed the data from the study we discussed in my recent blog post. The study I referenced from NSCA referenced the study I posted. A lot of data here and analyzed from several points of discussion.
Hey jeremy I think we have a mutual friend in common. His name is roger white. He's a strength/conditioning/speed coach in the detroit suburban area. If so Id like to talk to you. I think we have more in common than just him

Hey Coach. The new gig is going well so far, just been busy with moving and setting up the program. We should start selling it in late September, so keep your fingers crossed that folks want to sign up...
Thank you so much for the comment! How did the offseason go for your panthers as far as training? I worked with an undrafted free agent (JaNathan Bullocks) for the new york jets. He played hoop for cleveland state an there looking at him as a tight end. 6'6 250. I think he may have a shot. I'd love to talk shop when you get a chance. Sofast@msn.com
Jeremy, thanks for the advice on the equipment. I hope to soon be working with jr. high and highschool athletes. On a side note, I was looking at your athlete by design site and saw the blog entry on acl tears. The newest edition of the Journal of Stregth and Conditioning research had a great article on just that, especially in female athletes. They tested an exercise call the razor curl. It showed isolation and increased force of contraction of the hamstring. It was interesting and I just thought you might be interested. Thanks again for your help.
