Bruce, I am in the process of studying for the CSCS exam. Do you have any material that you could send me to assist me in studying? If so, it would be greatly appreciated. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Good stuff Bruce! Good luck to you guys this year. I will be catching some good HS games here in Texas as well. St. Thomas Aquinas from FL comes to Dallas to play on Labor Day and Glades Central, Miami Central, Miramar and Cocoa come the following weekend. I'm very excited to see all of the talent first hand.
It was good to meet you as well. I wish we could have had more time to talk. How did you like the clinic? It was a long flight back home, but I had a good time at the conference getting some new info and meeting new people like yourself. Good luck with your summer training. Remember we are having our 2nd annual clinic the last week of January in Hawaii 2011. You are more than welcome to attend if you can. Keep in touch.
Coach, working in the NFL is awesome. I am really blessed to have this opportunity. I am also very lucky to be under two great strength coaches with a team like the Texans. Any opportunity to get your foot in the door in the NFL would be awesome. Good luck with everything!
met your Dad in Gaffney..a small strength and speed clinic BUT a lot of GOOD info was shared..planning on a spped clinic at the Sports Univers site this summer FREE to the local little league kids..Marcus Bradley has a great facility with a lot of potential AND he is all about doing right for the kids !!
Thanks for the insight. I think you said it best with how i must approach my program according with what type of athletes I have. I also agree with your notion of "Speed Kills"- we approach our liftings with the same attitude of being explosive!
My two emails are email@example.com or Jprieur@bgsu.edu
Keep me updated on some of the summer liftings- we just started our winter program 4weeks ago so its almost time for our testing week.
Thanks so much for the help- Josh!
