Keep in mind that tendons and joints build slowly, and many reps can accomplish this due to the ballistic nature of these kettlebell exercises. No, Turkish Getup or Pistols did not build this strength. It was not a Press. Jerks, Snatches, LongCycle... These exercises are explosive and powerful, but there is so much more to them.
